THE BALLAD OF GENESIS AND LADY JAYE: A film about love and artistic fusion. It tells the story of Genesis Breyer P-Orridge and Lady Jaye Breyer, who developed the “pandrogynie” project while in the band Psychic TV: through fashion and surgery, they made themselves look ever more similar in order to become a single being. Genesis, co-founder of Throbbing Gristle and Psychic TV, left a lasting impression on underground music and questioned the boundaries between identity and sex. It is accompanied by O PÁSSARO DA NOITE, the portrait of shimmering Lisbon performer Fernando alias Deborah Krystal.
